As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Euan Drummond asked on 6 Nov 2025 how to tag older payroll queries for client manager views. Olivia Grant said older records need a bulk tag and suggested testing the steps on a small set first.
Problem: Euan Drummond, Payroll Systems Manager, found that tagging worked on new queries but older records had no labels field, and said the new setup was working well so far.
Handling: Olivia Grant asked him to test tagging on one query first. On 10 Nov 2025 she said older records need bulk tagging, that steps would follow, and that a small test set should be tried first.
Watch: The ticket was solved on 17 Nov 2025 and closed on 21 Nov 2025, but the record does not show the bulk steps being sent.

- created · Euan Drummond 6 Nov 2025 12:21Hi Olivia, the new setup is working really well for us so far. My question is how to tag an employer's payroll queries so they appear on the client managers' views. I've found the tagging on new queries but I'm not sure how to do older ones. Many thanks in advance. Euan
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 6 Nov 2025 19:44Hi Euan, glad the setup is helping. Tagging is done on the query record, under the labels field. Could you try that on one query and tell me what you see? That will tell us whether the tag is sticking before we go further. Olivia

- Public reply · Olivia Grant 10 Nov 2025 15:47Hi Euan, thanks for checking that. Older records need the tag added in bulk rather than one at a time. I'll have the steps ready, and I'd suggest you test them on a small set first before running them across all the queries. Olivia
