Problem: Euan Drummond asked which system to connect first so the deadlines would show correctly before the client managers logged in, and whether the payroll software supplier needed to do anything.
Handling: Connor Webb said the usual order is the payroll system first, then the calendar of deadlines, then client records. He asked for read-only access, and Euan said IT had made the account and sent the details directly.
Watch: The record does not show that the first load ran or that the deadlines display correctly. The ticket was solved on 4 Mar 2025 and closed on 8 Mar 2025.

Could you tell us the order you usually work in, and whether we need to ask our payroll software supplier for anything?
