What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Julia Obermaier asked for installer tickets, usage and renewal dates on one screen. Bethan Lister proposed a saved view using the contract end date, and the ticket is solved but not closed.
Problem: Julia Obermaier wanted each installer's tickets, usage and renewal dates together, but the account page field list had no renewal date.
Handling: Bethan Lister suggested a saved view that pulls the contract end date from the contracts list, which keeps tickets and usage on the same screen. She offered to write up the steps and to join a twenty-minute call.
Watch: The ticket is solved on 9 Oct 2026 but not closed, and the record does not show the steps were sent or the view works. Julia said she would rather not build a separate report.

- created · Julia Obermaier 6 Oct 2026 08:58Hi, we are trying to set up a view that shows each installer's tickets, usage and renewal dates together, but I cannot find where to add the renewal date field to the account pages. I have looked in the page settings and it is not in the list. Is this something we can set up ourselves, or does it need your team? Thanks, Julia

Can you open the page settings menu and tell me exactly what you see in the field list? The date may be held on the contracts side rather than the account page, so that will help me point you the right way. Thanks, Bethan
- Public reply · Julia Obermaier 8 Oct 2026 10:08Hi Bethan, thanks. The field list shows name, tier and region, but there is no renewal date. We would rather not build a separate report if we can avoid it. Would a saved view with the contract end date be the way to go? Julia
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 8 Oct 2026 13:15Hi Julia, that's the right instinct. A saved view that pulls the contract end date from the contracts list will do what you need, and it keeps the installer's tickets and usage on the same screen. I'll write up the steps and send them over. If you'd rather go through it live, I can join you for twenty minutes. Let me know once you have it working and I'll close this off. Thanks, Bethan
