Lukas Brandl asked how to find users who stopped logging in, after noticing fewer people using the tool. Kate Ormerod pointed to last active sorting and the dashboard usage view.

Problem: Lukas Brandl wanted to see which users had not logged in for a while, mainly in the sales and install operations teams, after noticing fewer people using the tool.

Handling: Kate Ormerod said there is no built-in last login report, but the user list sorts by last active date. She pointed to the dashboard usage view, filterable by team, and said she would check whether a last login column can be added.

Watch: Fewer users is a risk Lukas raised himself, and the record does not show the call or the column. The ticket was solved on 10 Sep 2026 and closed on 14 Sep 2026.

Hello, I need to find out which users have not logged in for a while, so I can talk to the teams. We have noticed fewer people using the tool lately, and I want to check before our next review. Is there a view or report that shows the last login for each user? I cannot find it in the admin pages. Thanks, Lukas Brandl

Hi Lukas, thanks for raising this. There is no built in last login report in the admin pages, but the user list can be sorted by last active date, which should help. Could you tell me which team you want to check? That will help me point you to the right view. Kind regards, Kate

Thanks, Kate. Mainly the sales and install operations teams. Sorting by last active is useful, but it is not quite what I need. Can we also see who has used the dashboards in the last month? Lukas

Hi Lukas, that is a fair ask. Dashboard activity is in the usage view, which you can filter by team. I will show you where it is on our next call, and I will check whether a last login column can be added. Thanks, Kate
