We would like each installer's tickets to show their renewal date next to them, so we can spot who might be at risk before the renewal call. The renewal dates live in our CRM, not in the tool, so I am not sure how to bring them across. I tried a filter on the ticket page, but it only sorts by date created. Is there a way to do this? I just cannot see them on the ticket view. Happy to send you a screenshot if that helps.
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 13 Mar 2026 15:58Hi Julia, just so I have got this right: you want the renewal date from the CRM shown alongside each installer's tickets. First, open the ticket view and choose Add column. Then pick Renewal date from the CRM connector. Finally, save the view and share it with your team. Can you try that and tell me what you see?
