One landlord's statement shows a repair as closed, but on the repairs list it's still open with the contractor. Which one is right? Tenants are complaining and the landlord has asked me twice. Just so I've got this right: the statement is showing the repair as closed, and the repairs list shows it as open, both for the same property.
