What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Amy Royle could not find where to link a landlord to their properties. Ruth Okoro explained the link is made on the landlord record and how to move repairs raised against an old tenant record.
Question: Amy Royle, Lettings Systems Administrator, wanted each landlord's properties, repairs and statements on one page, and believed the Starter setup should allow it.
Handling: Ruth Okoro explained the link is made on the landlord record under Properties, and gave steps to move repairs onto the correct property.
Watch: Amy said most landlords now work, but the record does not show whether the two remaining repairs moved, and it does not confirm the account's tier. The ticket was solved on 14 Jul 2026 and closed on 18 Jul 2026.

- Public reply · Amy Royle 9 Jul 2026 16:14Ruth, I'm about to log this properly, so ignore my earlier email if it went to the wrong place. It's the landlord view I mean, the one with the properties list on the left. Thanks, Amy
- created · Amy Royle 9 Jul 2026 17:18Hi, our property managers keep flipping between three screens to answer landlords. I want each landlord's properties, repairs tickets and statements on one page, which I think the Starter setup should allow. I've looked through the help pages and found search, but I can't find where to link a landlord to their properties. The filter on the landlord record only shows the owner's name. Could you point me at the right setting? We want this working before the new month's statements go out. Cheers, Amy Royle, Lettings Systems Administrator, Ludworth Lettings
- Public reply · Ruth Okoro 9 Jul 2026 19:34Hi Amy, thanks for the detail, that helps. The link is made on the landlord record itself, not in the filter. Open the landlord, choose Properties, and add each property from the list so it attaches to that landlord. Repairs and statements then appear on the same page under the landlord's name, as long as they were raised against one of those properties. Let me know if any property doesn't show up after that and I'll check the sync for it. Ruth
- Public reply · Amy Royle 13 Jul 2026 10:40Hi Ruth, I've done that for most landlords and it's working, but two of ours have repairs still sitting on the old tenant record and not showing. Is there a way to move them across, or do I need to re-raise them? Sorry to be a pain. Amy
- Public reply · Ruth Okoro 13 Jul 2026 12:57Hi Amy, no bother at all. Re-raising isn't needed. Open the repair, choose the property it belongs to, and save, and it will move onto the landlord's page. If the repair is closed and you can't edit it, tell me the repair reference and I'll move it for you. Please try that and tell me what you see. Ruth
