Thijs Brouwer reported a connector feeding the customs desk view has loaded no new shipment records since the start of the week. Kate Ormerod asked for the connector name and any source renames.

Problem: a connector runs without errors but returns no new rows, so the newest shipment in B-Viz is older than the customer's own system.

Hi team, the connector that feeds the customs desk view has not loaded any new shipment records since the start of the week. The most recent record in B-Viz is older than the one in our own system. I've checked the connector settings and they look the same as before. I'm not sure what changed on our side, so I'd be grateful for a look when you get a chance. Thanks, Thijs

Hi Thijs, thanks for the detail. Just so I've got this right, the connector runs without errors but returns no new rows since the start of the week. Could you tell me the connector name as shown in the admin area, and whether anything has been renamed in the source system recently? I'll look into it first thing and come back to you. Kate

Conversations, Commercial, People, News and Documents cut the same data by topic. System explains how the site is built and where each figure comes from.
Every card ends with a small made from link: it opens the lineage explorer focused on that card, so you can walk from the figure down to the raw rows it came from.

How to ask

Press Ask B (the speech bubble) in the header, or open the Ask B page. Type a question, or pick one of the suggestions.

Ask B sends your question to Claude through the B-Viz connector. Claude answers from the same records as these pages, read-only, and links each claim to its source page.
Find (the box in the header) finds the organisations, people, calls, emails, tickets, documents and news that match your words, with links to their pages.
The same connector works in Claude Desktop or the B-Viz Claude Project, with the same answers and sources.
