What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Rachel Feldman reported some studies listed twice under one sponsor. Olivia Grant traced it to two sponsor records created from one source, and the customer said her reports looked right again.
Problem: studies appeared twice under one sponsor, making reports messy.
Handling: Olivia Grant found on 14 Jul 2026 that two sponsor records came from the same source and was checking how the merge rule handled it.
Watch: Rachel asked for confirmation once the merge was complete, and the record does not show that confirmation. The ticket was solved on 20 Jul 2026 and closed on 24 Jul 2026.

- created · Rachel Feldman 14 Jul 2026 09:05Morning, quick one. We are seeing some studies listed twice under one sponsor, same title, different entries. Not urgent, but it is making the reports messy. Any idea what is going on? Rachel
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 14 Jul 2026 10:11Morning Rachel. Thanks for flagging. Can you tell me the sponsor name and one study title that shows twice? I will check the source records.
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 14 Jul 2026 13:43Found it. Two sponsor records were created from the same source, so the studies were picked up under both. I am checking how the merge rule handled it. I will update you shortly.
