Problem: Recent study issues were missing from the portfolio view, and the sponsor relationship team wanted one view per sponsor. Handling: Olivia checked the sync history, found a mapping that no longer matched the issue records, and re-ran the sync on 14 Apr 2026. First response took 921 minutes. Meredith said the gap began around a change in how the study team logs issues. Watch: Olivia could not yet confirm when the full set would show. The evidence does not show that the full set appeared.

Sponsor update first: one of our biotech sponsors has asked why recent study issues aren't showing in the portfolio view, and our sponsor relationship team wants one view per sponsor. It looks like the study-management connector has stopped feeding B-Viz for the last few weeks. Could someone look into it? Let's get ahead of this before the next sponsor call. I don't believe anyone changed the connection itself, but I'm not certain, so I'll check with them and come back to you. Let's keep this moving. Meredith

I've found a mapping on the study-management connector that no longer matches the issue records, which would explain the gap. I've re-run the sync and I'm now checking the records that came through. I can't yet confirm when the full set will show, but I'll update you once I've checked. Olivia
