Problem: Sajid reported slow orders pages, worst in the morning when more than one brand was filtered. Handling: Bethan set out timed test steps. Sajid reported about ten seconds with no filters and over a minute with two brands. Removing one brand returned the load to about ten seconds. First response took 88 minutes. Watch: The evidence does not show the cause or whether the slow brand has been fixed.

Our morning checks are taking a good few minutes to load. Is this something on your side or ours? I've picked this up. Can you try these steps and tell me what you see? 1. Clear all the filters on the orders page and time how long it takes to load. 2. Add one brand filter and time it again. 3. Add a second brand and time it again. 4. Send me the times, and copy the exact message if anything appears at the top of the page. Thanks, Bethan
