Orders appearing twice in the orders pages after a sync, mostly for one food brand at one plant. Counts do not match the ERP export. Closed 27 Mar 2026.

Problem: Sajid reported duplicate orders with the same details and different loaded dates, and believed the same table was being pulled twice. Handling: Kate asked which brands and plants were affected. Sajid said mostly one food brand from one plant, with a few across another brand. First response took 178 minutes. The ticket was solved on 23 Mar 2026. Watch: The evidence does not show the root cause or whether the duplicate pull was fixed. Sajid had not yet checked all brands.

Hi, since the last sync we're seeing some orders twice in the orders pages, mostly for our food and drink brands. The same order shows up with the same details but two loaded dates. When I filter by brand the counts don't match our ERP export. I've had a look at the connector settings and it looks as though the same table is being pulled twice. Could you confirm what's happening and whether we need to change anything on our side? Thanks, Sajid

Hi Sajid, thanks for the detail, that's really helpful. Could you tell me which brands the duplicates are against, and whether they all come from one plant or both? Once I know that I can compare them with the source. Kate

Hi Kate, mostly the same food brand, and I think all from the one plant. There's a handful across another brand too, but I've only checked a few so far. Happy to send you the export if that helps. Sajid
