As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Site dashboards showed incident counts that stopped at the start of the week. Kate Ormerod found the dashboard tables had not rebuilt overnight and re-ran the job.
Problem: The site dashboards showed incident counts that stopped at the start of the week, while the control room had logged more since then. Handling: Kate Ormerod found the dashboard tables had not rebuilt in the overnight refresh while pages and search were current. She re-ran the dashboard refresh and promised to confirm the counts the next morning. Watch: The record does not show the confirmation, and the customer had a client review the following week.

- Internal note · Kate Ormerod 3 Jul 2026 14:37Checked the nightly refresh for this customer. Dashboard tables did not rebuild overnight, but pages and search are current, so it looks like one failed job rather than a connector problem. Will re-run once I confirm it is the dashboard job only. No need to loop in engineering yet.
- created · Sharon Tilley 3 Jul 2026 17:53Hello, the site dashboards in B-Viz are showing old figures again. The incident counts stop at the start of this week, but the control room says they have logged more since then. Pages and chat look right to me, so it seems to be the dashboards only. We have a client review next week and I need these correct before then. What do you need from us to check it? Sharon Tilley, Marlcliff Security Services
- Public reply · Kate Ormerod 3 Jul 2026 19:21Hi Sharon, thanks for flagging this. I can see the dashboard tables did not update in last night's refresh while the rest of your data did. I have re-run the dashboard refresh and I am now checking the incident counts against your control room log. I will confirm here once that is done, which should be first thing tomorrow. Thanks, Kate
