Connector stopped loading new trade account records

Morning, I'm raising this because the connector for branch trade accounts has stopped loading new records again. Our record count has been flat for a few weeks, even though branches are setting up accounts as normal. I changed the branch system export around the time it stopped, and I think that's the link, though I'm not certain. My plan is to test the connector on one branch first and not switch it on for the rest until I know it works. The data says otherwise to what the connector status page shows, so I think something is failing quietly. Could someone look into it and tell me what you find? Ashok

Hi Ashok, thanks for raising this and for the detail on the export change, that's really useful. I've picked up the connector and I'm looking at the load history now. Could you tell me which branch you're testing on? It would also help to have a screenshot of the record count in the source system beside the count in the trade account view, and to know as closely as possible when the export changed. I'll come back to you once I've compared those, but I can't give you a time for the fix yet. Ruth
