Trade account records stopped updating from the branch system

Hi, the branch credit feed into B-Viz has stopped picking up new trade accounts. Anything set up at the branches since last month isn't showing in the trade account view, though older accounts still look fine. The connector status page says connected and the last load time looks recent, so I'm not sure whether it's failing quietly or whether something changed on our side. I did make a change to the branch system export last month, so that may be the cause, though I haven't been able to confirm it. I've attached a screenshot showing a branch account that should be there and isn't. I'd like to test this on one branch first before switching it on for the rest, so please let me know what you need from my side. Thanks, Ashok

Hi Ashok, thanks for the screenshot, that's really helpful. Just so I've got this right, the connector reports as connected, but new trade accounts from the branch export aren't appearing in the trade account view, while older ones are? Two things would help. First, which account number is missing from the screenshot, and roughly when was it set up at the branch? Second, can you check the export file for that account and tell me whether it appears there at all? I'll pick this up from our end and compare the last load against the export. Please hold off switching the connector on for the other branches for now. Thanks, Bethan
