As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Ashok Patel reported that the branch summary export shifted every column heading one column to the right. BG-Demo reproduced it on 17 Jul 2025, logged it with development, and gave no fix date.
Problem: Ashok Patel found the summary export's column headings sat one column out, so he corrected the monthly pack by hand each time.
Handling: Bethan Lister reproduced it on 17 Jul 2025 and logged it with development. The ticket was solved on 24 Jul 2025, but the record does not state what changed.
Watch: Ashok confirmed the table view export is fine, and said there is no rush. The record does not show a fix, so the manual correction may continue.

created · Ashok Patel 15 Jul 2025 13:53When I download the branch summary from the dashboard the file opens fine, but the column headings are shifted one column to the right. The data underneath looks right, it's just the headings that are out of line. This is not urgent, but it does make the file harder to use in our monthly pack, and I have to fix it by hand each time. I've attached two screenshots, one of the file and one of the dashboard view. Just so I've got this right, the headings move on the summary export only, and the table view is fine? Can you try a table view export and tell me what you see? That will help me narrow it down. I've logged it with the development team and I'm not going to guess at a date for the fix, but I'll let you know as soon as there's movement. Thanks, Bethan
