Problem: Karen Oxley said deliveries and credit tabs were blank for trade accounts from the most recent branch load, and some branch managers had stopped using the tool.
Handling: Bethan Lister asked for a trade account from an older and a newer branch to be opened for comparison, and said she was checking the load logs.
Watch: The record gives no cause and does not show whether the branch managers came back. The first response took 36 minutes, and the record does not say whether urgent counts as P1 for the 30-minute Enterprise target.

created · Karen Oxley 2 Jun 2025 08:57Hello, we are still getting set up on the Enterprise tier and I have a problem for the North East branches. When I open a trade account from the search, the orders show correctly, but the deliveries and credit tabs are empty. Some of my branch managers think they have done something wrong and have stopped using it. This needs looking at today if at all possible, as we have a branch review at the end of the week and I need to show the team the credit position. I have signed out and back in, cleared the browser cache and tried a different browser, with the same result. The trade accounts from the older branches look fine to me. I can send you a list of the account names if that helps, but I would rather not put them on here. Karen

Just so I've got this right, orders are showing for the North East trade accounts but deliveries and credit are blank, and it is only the newer branches? Can you try opening one trade account from each of two branches, one old and one new, and tell me what you see? I'm checking the load logs now and will come back to you within the hour.
