What happened
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Rebecca Ainsworth asked what the £56k annual invoice covers for 80 licensed users, and when the term ends, before renewal talks with the schools team. Bethan Lister said she would check the order form.
Problem: Rebecca Ainsworth could not see which part of the annual invoice covered 80 licensed users, and wanted the term end she believed was 16 Jan 2026 confirmed in writing.
Handling: Bethan Lister said she would check the order form and the invoice together, since the order form sets the contracted terms.
Watch: this is a renewal signal, and the evidence does not show the confirmed answer before the ticket closed on 14 Jun 2025.

- created · Rebecca Ainsworth 30 May 2025 09:56Hello, I'm checking our annual subscription invoice against what we agreed before we send anything to finance. The figure on it is £55,800 for the year, but I can't see which part of the invoice covers our 80 licensed users, or how the term end is set. Could someone confirm what the line covers and the date the term ends? I believe it's 16 Jan 2026, but I'd rather have it confirmed in writing before we start the renewal conversations with the schools team. Kind regards, Rebecca
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 30 May 2025 17:49Hi Rebecca, just so I've got this right: you want to confirm the annual figure of £55,800 against the 80 licensed users, and check the term end date of 16 Jan 2026. I've picked this up. I'll look at the order form and the invoice together, since the order form sets the contracted terms, and come back to you with what each line covers. Would you let me know which invoice you have open, so I can match the line to the right one? I'll update you on this ticket as soon as I've checked, but I won't guess at the wording. Thanks, Bethan
