What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Rebecca Ainsworth said the member history page is far quicker but still slow for members with long claims histories. Bethan Lister had not reproduced the fault when she replied.
Problem: Rebecca Ainsworth, Head of Member Services, said call notes at the bottom of long claims histories were slow to load, so relationship managers waited before renewal calls.
Handling: Bethan Lister had not reproduced the fault and asked for a test from the calls tab, plus the member's name if it still crawled.
Watch: the only reply in the record is from 20 Mar 2025, and the evidence does not show how the ticket was resolved before it closed on 4 Apr 2025.

- created · Rebecca Ainsworth 20 Mar 2025 09:30Hello, I wanted to say thank you for the work on the member history page. It is far quicker than it was. There is one thing still slow, though. When a relationship manager opens a member with a long claims history, the page takes a while to load and the call notes sit at the bottom, so people wait before they can start the renewal call. Let's not make them wait. Is that the whole picture, or is it just on my machine? Kind regards, Rebecca
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 20 Mar 2025 12:33Hi Rebecca, thanks for the kind words, I'll pass them on to the team. I've picked this up. Just so I've got this right, the slow part is the call notes at the bottom of a member with a long claims history, rather than the policy details at the top? I haven't reproduced it yet, so I won't guess at the cause. Can you try opening the calls tab straight from the member's page and tell me what you see? If it still crawls, send me the member's name as it appears in the page title and I'll take it from there. Thanks, Bethan
