What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Tariq Mahmood asked for the policy last reviewed date as a dashboard column beside the renewal date. Bethan Lister logged it for the product team, with no promise it would be built.
Problem: Member services keeps the last reviewed date in the policy system and exports it separately to check renewals. Tariq wanted it in one dashboard view next to the renewal date.
Handling: Bethan logged the request against the dashboards builder for the product team, with the monthly review as the reason. She suggested keeping the separate export for now.
Watch: The record does not show whether the column was built.

- created · Tariq Mahmood 15 Nov 2024 09:45Hello, I'd like to ask whether the dashboards builder can show a column for the date a member's policy was last reviewed. Our member services team keeps that date in the policy system, and at the moment they have to export it separately to check renewals. A single view would be useful for the monthly review, and it would sit well next to the renewal date. There's no rush on this one. I just want it on the list before the next planning round. Could you let me know whether it's possible, or whether it would need a change on our side? Thanks, Tariq

Just so I've got this right: you want the last reviewed date from the policy system shown as a column on the dashboard, next to the renewal date. I've logged it against the dashboards builder for the product team to consider, with your monthly review as the reason. I can't promise it will be built, or when. For now I'd keep the separate export as it is, since it will still work alongside the dashboard. Let me know if you need anything else on this one. Thanks, Bethan
