Request: Kirsty wanted a tile listing schools with policies up for renewal, showing the date of last contact beside each one.
Handling: Bethan Lister confirmed a filter on policy end date works, but the last contact date cannot be shown in the table tile. She logged a feature request and said she could not promise a date.

We'd find it very useful to have a tile on the dashboard that lists schools with policies up for renewal in the next few weeks, with the date of the last contact beside each one. At the moment my team opens each record one by one, which takes most of a morning. I know the dashboards builder can do a lot, so I wondered whether this is already possible or whether it could be added. Could you let me know what's available? Just so I've got this right: you want a tile listing schools with renewals coming up, and the last contact date next to each one? Which field do you use for the renewal date? If it's the policy end date, I'll check whether a filter on that field gets you most of the way. Thanks, Bethan

I tried a table tile with a filter on that field, but I can't get the last contact date to show beside it. Is that a limitation, or am I missing a setting? Many thanks, Kirsty
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 2 Jul 2024 10:07Hi Kirsty, you're right, the last contact date can't be shown in the table tile at the moment, so the filter alone won't get you there. I've logged this as a feature request for the product team. I can't promise when it will be added, but I've put your schools use case on the request so it's clear how much it matters. In the meantime, a filter on the policy end date will at least give you the list in one place. Can you try that and tell me what you see? Thanks, Bethan
