What this says

As at Fri 9 Oct 2026

Kirsty Hepworth could not export the renewals table to a spreadsheet. The export option was greyed out, and the case was still open at the last comment.

Problem: Kirsty could not export the renewals list because the export option was greyed out for her.

Handling: Bethan Lister asked whether the view was shared or created by Kirsty, to find the permission setting to check. The evidence does not show a fix.

Watch: The reply to Bethan Lister's question is not in the ticket, so the export problem may still be open.

Hello, I'm Kirsty and I look after the schools members. The team has really taken to B-Viz and we are now using it every day. I'd like to pull a list of members with an upcoming renewal into a spreadsheet for our planning meetings. I found the table view but I can't see how to export it. Is that possible, and if so, where do I find it? Many thanks, Kirsty Hepworth

Hi Kirsty, Thanks for getting in touch, and great to hear the team is using it daily. Just so I've got this right, you want the renewals from the table view in a spreadsheet. Could you try this and tell me what you see? - Open the table view and filter it to renewals. - Select the export option at the top of the table. - Choose CSV if you want it to open straight in a spreadsheet. If the export option isn't there, let me know and I'll check the setting. Thanks, Bethan

Hi Bethan, Sorry for the slow reply, I've been away. I found the export option but it is greyed out for me. Is that a permissions thing? Kirsty

Hi Kirsty, no need to apologise. I'll check the permissions on that view. Can you tell me whether the view was shared with you or created by you? That tells me which setting to look at. Thanks, Bethan
