Exporting a large disputes list crashes the page, and Eoin Hegarty can reproduce it every time. Engineering took the bug; the record does not show a fix before the ticket closed on 15 Aug 2026.

Problem: Eoin Hegarty reported that exporting a large list of disputes crashed the page and left the interface unresponsive.

Handling: Olivia Grant thanked him for the detail, passed the bug to engineering to investigate the export process, and promised an update. The first response took 164 minutes on a ticket with low priority.

Watch: the record does not show an engineering finding or a fix, though the ticket was solved on 11 Aug 2026. A repeatable crash in a disputes export is worth raising with the account owner, even under a low priority header.

I can reproduce this consistently. It happens whenever I try to export a large list. The system just gets stuck.

I tried to export a large list of disputes and the page crashed halfway through. The interface became unresponsive and I had to close it.

Thanks for that detail, Eoin. I've passed this to our engineering team and they'll investigate the export process. I'll be back with an update soon. Thanks, Olivia
