As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Dashboards were stale after a nightly refresh timeout on the Salesforce sync, reported on 7 May 2026. The ticket was solved on 22 May 2026 and closed on 26 May 2026.
Problem: Eoin Hegarty reported that dashboards had not updated since the previous morning and still showed numbers from earlier in the week.
Handling: Olivia Grant replied on 8 May 2026 at 01:27 and asked which sources were stale. An internal note recorded a connector timeout on the Salesforce sync during a network latency issue, escalated to Ewan Pryce for infrastructure review. The first response took 807 minutes on a low priority ticket; the tier is not in the record, so no service level is judged. The ticket was solved on 22 May 2026 and closed on 26 May 2026.
Watch: The record does not show whether Eoin confirmed which sources were stale, or whether the infrastructure review was completed.

- created · Eoin Hegarty 7 May 2026 12:00The data in our dashboards hasn't updated since yesterday morning. We're still seeing numbers from Tuesday. Is the nightly refresh running normally?
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 8 May 2026 01:27Hi Eoin, thanks for reporting this. I'm investigating the refresh logs now. Can you confirm which data sources you're seeing as stale - is it all of them or specific ones?
- Internal note · Olivia Grant 8 May 2026 12:37Checked nightly refresh job for this account - connector timeout on Salesforce sync. Network latency issue during that window. Escalating to Ewan for infrastructure review.
