Problem: Josh Pearce asked whether a dashboard or search could show results across several sales teams without filtering by team each time.
Handling: Kate Ormerod confirmed that the dashboard builder has a cross-team filter option and promised a guide with screenshots on 29 Jul 2026. The ticket was solved on 30 Jul 2026 and closed on 3 Aug 2026, but the record does not show that the guide was sent.
Watch: Josh had already built a couple of dashboards without finding the option, so wider use depends on the walk-through landing.

In the dashboard builder there's a cross-team filter option when you set up your data source. Have you built any dashboards yet, or would you like a walk-through?
