What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Roughly forty duplicate site records appeared in the Salesforce index although the latest load reported no errors. Bethan Lister asked for example site IDs so she could trace the duplicates to source.
Problem: Nikhil Rao reported duplicate site records in the Salesforce index, with the most recent sync completing without errors. He suspected a schema change at source or data that was already malformed when loaded.
Handling: Bethan Lister replied the same day and asked for a few duplicated site IDs so she could compare the connector's pull with the Salesforce export. The ticket was solved on 23 Jun 2025 and closed on 27 Jun 2025.
Watch: The record does not show whether the duplicates were traced to source before the ticket closed.

- created · Nikhil Rao 16 Jun 2025 17:36We're seeing duplicate site records showing in the brain index - roughly forty of them scattered across our customer records. I checked the load history this morning and the most recent Salesforce sync completed without errors. The duplicates have to be either a schema change at source or data that was already malformed when we loaded it. The load history shows no errors or warnings, so I'm not sure what's causing it. Can you look at what the connector ingested and trace the duplicates back to source?
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 16 Jun 2025 19:22Thanks for the detail. Just so I've got this right: you're seeing duplicates specifically in the Salesforce index and the last load ran successfully with no errors reported? I've picked this up. Can you share a few example site IDs that are duplicated - I'll trace through what the connector pulled from your system and compare it against what's in your Salesforce export to find where the duplicates came from.
