What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Ryan Heslop reported invoices appearing twice in search, which complicated payment reconciliation. Connor Webb suggested a date-range filter; the record shows no fix.
Problem: Ryan Heslop at Kingdon Diagnostics reported that some invoices appeared twice when searching for certain trusts, which confused reconciliation of outstanding payments. The customer had checked its accounting system and found no duplicates at source.
Handling: Connor Webb asked for an example trust and invoice IDs to trace the double indexing, and suggested filtering searches by date range as a workaround. The ticket was solved on 23 Dec 2025 and closed on 27 Dec 2025, but the record holds no customer reply and no fix.
Watch: A date-range filter is a workaround, not a fix. Outstanding payments are being checked against this data, so the risk sits in the books.

- created · Ryan Heslop 15 Dec 2025 10:48We've noticed duplicate records appearing in the brain when we search for certain trusts' invoices. Some invoices are coming through twice, which is causing confusion when we reconcile outstanding payments against the data. We've checked our accounting system and there aren't actually duplicates at source, so something seems to be happening in the indexing.
- Public reply · Connor Webb 15 Dec 2025 16:09Hi Ryan, thanks for flagging this. Can you share an example of which trust and which invoice IDs are duplicated? That'll help us trace where the double-index is happening. In the meantime you could work around it by filtering your searches by date range.
