Insight
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Abi Coombes was the sole admin and technical lead for Saltdean Hart's Growth brain. Her platform user ran from 22 Nov 2024 to 21 Nov 2025. A Jan 2026 email indicates the account has ended and she has not replied.
Role: Systems Administrator in Brighton, CRM role admin, and the only admin on the platform. She owned most data sources, handled access, connector set-up and the user list, and raised the technical questions after the 25 Sep 2024 demo.
Influence: A hands-on champion for delivery rather than the commercial buyer. Zoe Kendrick wanted Abi comfortable before anything was signed, so her view mattered to the decision.
Watch: She said that if she is off sick, nothing moves, a clear key-person risk. The 6 Jan 2026 webinar email says the team's time with BG-Demo has finished and shows no reply. Her feedback could inform a win-back.
