Clara Hoskins is Head of Procurement at Vellacott Payments. She shapes contract wording, fee presentation and invoicing on the Enterprise order form and the expansion, and signs off terms alongside finance. She has not replied to BG-Demo event invitations.

Role: Head of Procurement at Vellacott Payments, on two calls and five email threads. She raised freshness credits and termination assistance on the 30 May 2025 call, and asked for the fee split and sterling invoices afterwards.

Influence: Her conditions gate signature. She asked for no new terms and an unchanged 9 Jul 2026 end date on the expansion, and asked for a price movement on the 5 Jan 2026 call. Philippa Gore signs after her review.

Watch: She had to ask for movement and was refused a discount. She has not answered three event invitations, so her view of BG-Demo's value is not shown. The evidence does not show the renewal outcome.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the AI from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.

BG-Demo is a fictional company: every organisation, person and figure here is invented for this demonstration. B-Viz is the tool that reads its data.
