Who they are
Insight
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Operations Manager and CRM champion at Grisedale Search & Selection. She runs B-Viz day to day and is the main asker of questions, but Stuart Haworth signs. Her support is steady while consultant usage has drifted down.
Role: Operations Manager in Manchester, CRM role champion, with a platform user account created on 3 May 2024 and no admin rights. Nadia Bashir is named as admin in calls.
Influence: Lauren shapes adoption and relays Stuart's views, but she says she signs nothing without him. Stuart, the Managing Director, decides on price and judges value by fee income per head.
Watch: Several reads flag her as a key-person risk, since use goes quiet when she is away. On 21 Sep 2026 she said Stuart had been sharp with her about cost. She repeatedly asks for complaints beside open roles on one page. She did not reply to the event invitations in the threads.
