What the paper says
Document roll-up
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Three documents, all read, none executed. The final proposal of 5 Oct 2026 quotes Growth at £50k a year and a £62k total deal value including implementation. An internal draft of 30 Sep 2026 carries the same figures. No order form is on file.
Executed: no document for Totley Rise Software has a stored status of executed, so there are no contracted price, term, billing or service levels. All three documents were read, so this covers everything held.
Open items: the proposal dated 5 Oct 2026, stored as final and prepared by Lewis Kerr, quotes a Growth annual subscription of £50k a year. Its total deal value of £62k includes the one-off implementation fee and is not an annual price.
Open items: the Proposal v1 draft of 30 Sep 2026 is an internal draft marked not for issue to the customer. It lists open points: checking figures against the price book, the connector list, the VAT position and the implementation start.
Open items: the security questionnaire response of 11 Sep 2026, prepared by Hannah Lowe, assesses the Growth tier. It says certifications, policies and testing evidence will follow separately, and none of these is on file.
Contradictions: none found. The draft and the final proposal quote the same £50k a year and £62k. The questionnaire's statement that SSO and SCIM are Enterprise only does not conflict with a Growth proposal.
Commitments: none are binding, because nothing is executed. The questionnaire describes a nightly refresh complete by 07:00 on business days and Growth service credits for availability only, but these are descriptions, not contracted terms.
Gaps: the documents do not show an order form, a customer reply, a signatory or a customer contact. Availability, P1 response, billing and payment terms, discount, term length and connector delivery dates are not stated anywhere.
Gaps: the implementation fee is not shown separately in either proposal. VAT is left to the order form.
