Document roll-up
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Sauganash Specialty Insurance has no executed document. The final proposal of 21 Sep 2026 offers Enterprise at £125k a year, with a first-year total of £155k including implementation. Service level figures and four security items remain open.
Executed: no document for Sauganash Specialty Insurance has the stored status executed, so there are no contracted price, dates or service levels. All three documents were read, and this roll-up covers all of them.
Open items: the final proposal of 21 Sep 2026 from Jordan Pike prices Enterprise at £125k a year, billed annually in advance in GBP. Its first-year total of £155k includes the one-off implementation and is not an annual price.
Open items: the draft proposal v1 of 16 Sep 2026 is an internal draft that was not sent to the customer. It carries the same £125k and £155k figures, and the 21 Sep 2026 proposal replaces it.
Open items: the final security questionnaire of 17 Aug 2026, prepared by Hannah Lowe, defers availability and P1 response to the order form. It leaves four security items to be provided in writing through Jordan Pike: audit reports and certifications, penetration testing, incident notification timings, and sub-processor and data processing terms.
Contradictions: the price figures agree across both proposals. The freshness wording differs: the security questionnaire says the nightly refresh completes by 07:00 customer local time on business days, while the 21 Sep 2026 proposal says only that it completes before the customer's business day starts.
Contradictions: the draft of 16 Sep 2026 says its service credit wording is not final. The 21 Sep 2026 proposal states that credits cover both availability and data freshness. The draft was never sent, so the customer is unlikely to rely on it.
Commitments: there are no live obligations, because nothing is executed. No document gives availability or P1 response figures, and none fixes connector go-live dates. Each of these is deferred to an order form.
Gaps: no order form appears in the records. The records do not show:
- whether the 21 Sep 2026 proposal was accepted
- whether the four security items were delivered
- who would sign, or any start date
- the implementation fee as a separate figure
Next move: Jordan Pike should close the four outstanding security items in writing and settle the freshness wording before he issues the Enterprise order form under the MSA. The records give no deadline for this.
