What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Internal draft proposal from Jordan Pike for B-Viz Enterprise. Annual subscription £125k, billed annually in advance in GBP; first-year deal total £155k including implementation. Not yet sent to the customer; no availability or P1 figures are stated.
What it is: a draft proposal dated 16 Sep 2026, marked "This draft is for internal review before it goes to Sauganash Specialty Insurance." It is an open item, not a contract.
Commits: nothing binding. It proposes Enterprise tier with SSO and SCIM, an executive sponsor, quarterly business reviews and security review support. Pricing is £125k a year plus a fixed-fee implementation, with a deal total of £155k.
Unusual: service levels are described only in general terms (highest availability, fastest P1 response, credits for freshness), with no figures. The text itself says the credit wording is not final.
Not settled: the connector list and go-live commitments, which teams go first, any data residency need, whether on-site training is wanted, and the implementation fee as a separate figure. The context section is also stated to be BG-Demo's own reading, still to be confirmed with the customer.

Body
Sauganash Specialty Insurance - Proposal v1
Status: Draft | Prepared by Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BG-Demo | 16 Sep 2026
This draft is for internal review before it goes to Sauganash Specialty Insurance. Open points are listed at the end.
1. Context
Sauganash Specialty Insurance, based in Chicago, insures commercial trucking fleets and transport operators across the Midwest and sells through independent agents. Today, agency management, underwriting and claims each see a different slice of an agency: submissions in one place, conversations in another, complaints somewhere else.
To be transparent, that is our reading of the situation, and we want to confirm it with your team before this becomes a final proposal.
2. What we propose
B-Viz on the Enterprise tier. B-Viz is one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets and finance data. It is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays under your control.
The aim is simple: agency management, underwriting and claims look at the same picture of each agency, including its submissions, its calls and its complaints, and can ask questions of it in plain English.

3. Scope
- Enterprise tier, company-wide, with the Enterprise user and connector allowances
- SSO and SCIM for your identity provider
- An executive sponsor on the BG-Demo side
- Pages, chat, search and the dashboards builder
- Quarterly business reviews
- Security review support during implementation
- A fixed-fee implementation to connect your sources and bring the first teams live
The connector list and go-live commitments will be set out in the order form once we have confirmed your systems.
4. Service levels
Enterprise carries our highest availability commitment and our fastest first response on priority-one issues. It is also the only tier where service credits cover data freshness as well as availability. The nightly refresh completes before the start of your business day, every business day.
5. Pricing
