As at Fri 9 Oct 2026All 12 documents read. The executed order form of 24 Aug 2026 renews Starter at £22k per year from 18 Sep 2026 to 17 Sep 2027, replacing the first-term £19k set on 4 Sep 2025. Later decks still quote £19k. The renewal is by agreement only.
Executed: four documents are executed. The Master Services Agreement, the Data Processing Agreement and the first order form were all signed on 4 Sep 2025, and a renewal order form was signed on 24 Aug 2026.
Current terms: the 24 Aug 2026 order form sets Starter at £22k per year, with no discount applied. It runs from 18 Sep 2026 to 17 Sep 2027 for 15 licensed users and is billed annually in advance.
First term: the 4 Sep 2025 order form set £19k a year after a 5% first-term discount, plus £6,000 implementation. That term ended on 17 Sep 2026 and is superseded.
Open items: the draft proposal of 30 Jul 2025, the final proposal of 4 Aug 2025 and the draft MSA v2 of 19 Aug 2025 were superseded by the executed paper of 4 Sep 2025. The draft MSA's price and service levels match the signed MSA.
Renewal proposals: the draft renewal proposal of 8 Jul 2026 and the final one of 13 Jul 2026, both by Lewis Kerr, quote £22k a year. That matches the executed order form, so neither is still open.
Contradictions: the 5 Aug 2026 QBR deck states £19k as contracted annual recurring revenue. The executed 24 Aug 2026 order form sets £22k from 18 Sep 2026, and the onboarding plan of 21 Sep 2025 and the 26 Jan 2026 QBR carry the same older figure.
Co-terming: the read of the 13 Jul 2026 proposal describes the renewal order form as co-termed to 17 Sep 2026. The executed order form runs from 18 Sep 2026 to 17 Sep 2027.
Commitments: these come from the 24 Aug 2026 order form:
- availability 99.5% and P1 first response of 4 business hours
- a service credit of 5% of one month's fee, for availability only, with no credit for data freshness
- payment 30 days from invoice, and renewal only by agreement after 17 Sep 2027
Data processing: the Data Processing Agreement of 4 Sep 2025 binds BG-Demo to process personal data only on documented instructions. It also requires breach notice without undue delay.
Gaps: the 24 Aug 2026 order form names the customer signatory only as an authorised signatory and states no connector numbers or delivery dates. These documents do not show whether the new term has been invoiced or paid.
