Executed: The Master Services Agreement of the same date matches the order form on price, term and service levels. The Data Processing Agreement is also filed as executed, effective 10 Nov 2023.
Open items: The draft proposal of 5 Sep 2023 and the draft MSA version 2 of 9 Oct 2023 were superseded when the executed copies were signed on 10 Nov 2023. The proposal of 8 Sep 2023 is stored as final but is worded as an offer, not a contract.
