Document roll-up
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026All nine documents read. The renewal order form signed 16 Mar 2026 keeps Marlstone Legal on Growth at £44k per year, 1 Apr 2026 to 31 Mar 2027. The £40k figure belongs to the expired first term and two superseded drafts. Customer signatory names are blank.
Executed: The renewal order form signed 16 Mar 2026 sets Growth at £44k per year, annual in advance on Net 30 days, for 1 Apr 2026 to 31 Mar 2027. It sits under the Master Services Agreement and the Data Processing Agreement, both signed 14 Mar 2025.
The first order form, signed 14 Mar 2025, covered 1 Apr 2025 to 31 Mar 2026 at £40k a year after a 10% discount, plus £12k implementation. That term has ended, and the discount did not carry into the renewal.
Open items: Two drafts remain on file, Proposal v1 of 4 Feb 2025 and MSA v2 of 24 Feb 2025. Both were superseded when the executed copies were signed on 14 Mar 2025, and the final proposal of 7 Feb 2025 is not binding.
The current term ends 31 Mar 2027. That renewal starts after 1 Jul 2026, so under the price book the v2 Growth list of £50k applies, +13.6% on the v1 price.
Contradictions:
- Both proposals of 4 Feb 2025 and 7 Feb 2025 quote £40k a year. The renewal order form of 16 Mar 2026 sets £44k.
- The first order form makes renewal automatic unless either party gives 90 days' notice. The signed MSA says only that renewal terms are annual.
- The renewal order form states no renewal mechanism or notice period. That leaves the MSA's 90-day written notice as the only notice term on executed paper.
Commitments: The renewal order form commits to 99.5% uptime, a P1 first response of one business hour and a nightly refresh by 07:00 UK time on business days. Its service credit of 10% of the monthly fee covers availability only, not freshness.
The DPA requires breach notice no later than 24 hours from discovery. The MSA requires 90 days' written notice before the end of any term and deletion of BG-Demo systems within 30 days of termination.
Gaps: The customer signatory name is blank on the renewal order form and on the DPA, where only the title Head of Operations appears. The renewal order form sets its first invoice due 31 Mar 2026, before its 1 Apr 2026 start.
The onboarding plan's customer sponsor line is unsigned. The documents do not show whether onboarding was delivered.
