Ask: Tom asked Geoff to sign by 16 Aug 2023. Geoff replied on 15 Aug 2023 asking for the service start date and a breakdown of the £26k in writing.
Customer view: Geoff is positive but cautious about billing: "I don't want any surprises on the invoices." He says he is otherwise happy to go ahead.
Next: Tom promised both items before signature on 16 Aug 2023. The thread does not show the confirmation being sent or the order form being signed.

Could you look it over and sign by 16 Aug 2023 if you're happy? If anything needs changing, let me know and I'll turn it round quickly. Cheers, Tom
