Ask: Lewis asked Troy to sign by 12 Jan 2026, the expected close date. Troy, the General Manager, said the order form looks fine and he would sign after Kylie reviewed scope with her team.
Customer view: No price objection. The only brake is internal scope review, and Troy asked for a day or two.
Next: Lewis is holding the order form and has offered to walk Kylie through the scope. The thread does not show the order form being signed, so it is an open item here.
