What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Matteo Ricci summarised a £62k deal including implementation, with a 12 Dec 2025 signature target. Orla Mannion has no quality objections but wants complaint records kept against their own account in writing. Declan and Eoin have not replied.
Customer view: Orla said quality has no objections, and asked that each complaint stays traceable to its hospital or distributor account and lot. She left the commercial side to Declan.
BG-Demo response: Matteo agreed to add that wording to the order form and send it the same day. Neither Declan Hession nor Eoin Burke replied in this thread.
Open: whether the revised form matches the contract terms Declan expects.

- Matteo Ricci 9 Dec 2025 09:41Dear all, Thank you for the useful call last week. I have copied Owen Tallis, our VP Sales, who will stand behind the terms from our side. To summarise where we are: the deal amount is £62,000 in total, including the one-off implementation fee. The order form is with Declan, and I have added Eoin because I understand your finance team will handle invoicing. Orla, I believe your quality review of the complaint record handling is still open. Our working target for signature is 12 Dec 2025, but I would rather it slipped than you felt rushed. Could you each tell me what is still outstanding on your side? Best regards, Matteo
- Orla Mannion 10 Dec 2025 08:36Hi Matteo, Thanks for the summary. From my side, quality has reviewed the complaint handling and we have no objections, though I would like it written down that each complaint stays logged against its own hospital or distributor account. Is it logged as a complaint, and which account, which lot? That has to be traceable. The commercial side is for Declan, as ever. Thanks a million, Orla
- Matteo Ricci 10 Dec 2025 08:46Dear all, Thank you, Orla. Let me confirm that in writing: the order form will state that complaint records remain linked to their own hospital or distributor account. I will add the wording and send the updated copy today. Declan, Eoin, once you have the revised order form, please tell me whether it matches the contract terms you expect. If it does, 12 Dec 2025 remains possible for signature. If not, I would rather hear it early. Best regards, Matteo
