As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the demo, Niamh Fahy asked about read-only access to complaint records, access limits and distributor name matching. Matteo replied after a delay, kept the £62k total and the 12 Dec 2025 aim, and promised written answers from Anya.
Ask: Niamh needs written assurance that nothing alters a complaint record, how access is limited for the distributor team, and how one distributor under different names is matched. Sinéad Kilkelly's distributor view was the part that mattered most to her.
Customer view: Questions are detailed and cautious, framed for the wider quality team. Matteo apologised for the wait of five days.
Next: Anya Petrova sends the written read-only explanation, walks Niamh through Growth access control and sets up a working session on distributor matching, tested on the customer's data.

- Matteo Ricci 18 Nov 2025 09:25Dear all, Thank you for your time on the demo. Anya, our solutions engineer, is copied in so that she can answer any technical questions directly. To recap what you saw: one view of a hospital or distributor account, bringing together the records your key accounts, complaints and distributor teams each hold today. Sinéad, I know the Middle East distributor view was the part that mattered most to you, so please tell me if it did not show what you need. Could you send me any questions, or anything you would like to see again, by the end of the week? I would rather have them now than discover them later in the process. Best regards, Matteo
- Niamh Fahy 20 Nov 2025 14:32Hi Matteo, Thanks for the demo and for the summary. A few questions from our side: - Can complaint records stay exactly as they are in our quality system, with B-Viz only reading from them? We cannot have anything altering a complaint record. - How would a user's access be limited, for example so the distributor team only sees what it should? - Sinéad would like to know how a distributor account is matched up when the same distributor appears under slightly different names in different systems. If you can answer in writing, that will help us when we take this to the wider quality team. Kind regards, Niamh
- Matteo Ricci 25 Nov 2025 10:06Dear Niamh, Orla and Sinéad, Thank you for the questions, and apologies for the wait. I wanted Anya to check the technical points with me before I replied. On the first point: B-Viz runs inside your own Snowflake account and reads from your systems. Anya will set out in writing exactly how it reads from your quality system, so your team can review it. On access, the Growth tier lets you control who sees what, and Anya will walk Niamh through how that would work for the distributor team. On matching distributor names, this is something we would test on your own data, so I will not promise an outcome before we have seen it. Anya can set up a short working session for that. For the commercial side, the total value of the proposal remains £62,000, which includes the one-off implementation fee, and we are still aiming for 12 Dec 2025. That date depends entirely on your quality review, and I will not commit to any delivery date until engineering has agreed it. What would your quality team like to see next? Best regards, Matteo
