Ask: Vincent chose Thursday morning next week. He wants to open with what the team would actually use, and said he will keep the call short.
Customer view: He is still testing value before terms. He cited the budget review as the cause of the delay.

I wanted to get something in the diary so we can go through the commercial terms together, now you've had time with the proposal. A call of around half an hour should do it.
