Logistical thread to book a proposal walkthrough. Holly Garside picks Wednesday morning and asks for a clear split by provider, because Vincent will ask about it. Tom Ashdown agrees to make it its own section.

Ask: Holly wants the proposal to cover how things would be split by provider. She would rather Vincent saw it with her in the room than cold.

Customer view: She is acting as an internal champion and managing how the finance lead first meets the proposal.

Next: Tom sends an invite on Monday and gives the provider split its own section.

Hi Holly, Thanks for your time on the call today. Hope the rest of your Friday is calmer than the start of it sounded. I'll pull the proposal together from what we covered, mainly reading tickets, renewals and usage per provider. Before I send it I'd like to walk you through it, so you can tell me if I've got the emphasis wrong. Half an hour would do it. Could we get something in the diary early next week? Tuesday or Wednesday morning suits me, but I'll work around you. Cheers, Tom

Hi Tom, Good call, thanks. Wednesday morning works better for me, Tuesday is full of renewal reviews. Can you make sure the proposal covers how we'd split things by provider? That's the bit Vincent will ask about. I'd rather he saw it with me in the room than cold. Thanks, Holly

Wednesday morning it is. No drama, I'll send an invite on Monday with a link. I'll make the provider split its own section so it's easy to find. Leave that with me. Cheers, Tom
