Ask: Terry wants the cost of carrying on as now and the user count, and wants the paperwork sent to him. He says not many of the team seem to use it.
Customer view: value is doubted and the do-it-yourself alternative is live. He says only "I'll think about it".
Next: Daniel promises a usage picture of what the consultants ask, written renewal terms and a call time by the end of the following week.

Just a note to say your Starter subscription with us runs to 30 Jul 2025, so the renewal is coming up and I wanted you to hear it from me early rather than find it on an invoice. Your current annual subscription is £19,500, covering up to 15 users. I would like to put a renewal proposal in front of you in the next few weeks, and Nell is copied as she has been with you since the start. Could you let me know who at your end should receive the paperwork, and whether a short call suits you? Our aim is to have it settled by 17 Jul 2025 so nothing is left to the last minute. Just to close the loop on your two questions: at the moment you pay £19,500 a year for the Starter tier with 15 users, and I will confirm in writing exactly what a renewal looks like before you have to decide anything. On doing it yourselves, that is a fair question and I would rather answer it with your own usage in front of us than in the abstract. I will bring a short picture of what the consultants are asking B-Viz, and you can judge whether it earns its place. I will send the paperwork to you directly, and I'll come back to you by the end of next week with a time for a call. Best wishes, Daniel
