What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Donna Wragg told Daniel Okafor that a few consultants say B-Viz is not saving them much time and some have gone back to spreadsheets. She asked whether it saves her team time and is not sure it does.
Customer view: Donna is questioning value directly, not reporting faults. She says the spreadsheet return is enough that she noticed.
Next: Daniel to hold a call on a Tuesday or Thursday morning next week. He needs a concrete time-saving case, kept simple for consultants.

- Daniel Okafor 3 Jan 2025 17:23Hi Donna, Happy new year, and I hope the break was a restful one after the busy run up to Christmas. I wanted to find a little time with you for a catch-up on how Sprotbrough is getting on with B-Viz. Looking at things on our side, it seems fewer of the consultants have been logging in lately than in the autumn, and I'd rather ask you than guess at the reason. It may just be the season, but just to close the loop, I'd like to hear how the team is finding it. Could you let me know which days suit you in the next couple of weeks? Half an hour on a call would be plenty, and I'll fit around you. Best wishes, Daniel
- Donna Wragg 8 Jan 2025 17:17Hi Daniel, Thanks for this. Happy new year to you too. Honest answer: a few of the consultants said it's not saving them much time at the moment. Some have gone back to their old spreadsheets. Not all of them, but enough that I noticed. Does it save my lot time? That's what I want to know, and I'm not sure it does right now. Happy to talk. Mornings are best, before the phones get going. Tuesdays or Thursdays next week would suit me. Keep it simple for the consultants, that's all I ask. Ta, Donna
