Customer view: Donna calls the end of the complaints about the best review she can give. Consultants are getting practical value from checking a client's invoices and placements before ringing.
Next: Daniel to send an invite for Thursday morning next week. Donna will include Jodie, who has questions about the setup.

Whatever you changed with the consultants seems to have worked. I'd like to book our next check-in so we can talk about what's been useful and what else you'd like it to answer. A few of them now check the client's invoices and placements before they ring, and that saves them a lot of faffing about. Next week is fine. Thursday morning is quietest here.
