What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor asked Donna Wragg for a check-in after fewer consultants logged in. Donna said a couple had drifted off, nothing was broken, and asked for the quickest view of a client's roles and placements.
Ask: Daniel wanted thirty minutes to understand a dip in consultant logins. Donna replied after three days and offered a Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon the following week.
Customer view: the drift is about time pressure, not faults. Donna wants to fix it rather than let it fade and asks for a simple way to see roles and placements together.
Next: Daniel to book the session and demonstrate the quick client view, kept simple for consultants.

- Daniel Okafor 16 Sep 2024 10:29Hi Donna, I hope the week has started well. I'd like to find a bit of time for a check-in, just to see how the team is finding B-Viz. Looking at the account, fewer of your consultants seem to be logging in than over the summer, and I'd rather ask you than guess at the reason. It may be nothing at all: holidays, a busy stretch on the client side, that sort of thing. But if something is getting in the way, or if the consultants have been grumbling, I'd like to hear it and see what we can do to make it simpler for them. Could you give me thirty minutes later this week or early next? Tell me what suits and I'll work around you. Best wishes, Daniel
- Donna Wragg 19 Sep 2024 17:39Hi Daniel, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a mad week. You're right, a couple of the consultants have drifted off it. Nothing broken. They just say it's one more thing to open when they're up against the clock with clients. I'd like to sort that out rather than let it fade. Next week works, Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon. Can you show us the quickest way to see a client's roles and placements in one go? Keep it simple for the consultants. Ta, Donna
