Ask: Nell gave finance the invoice directly and offered to reissue it with a purchase order reference or a different billing contact.
Customer view: none in this thread. Lynn did not reply, so receipt and payment are not shown.
Next: payment status should be checked against accounting after the due date.

Invoice INV-238-0003 was issued today, 17 Jul 2024, for the Starter subscription for 15 licensed users. The net amount is £19,500, VAT is £3,900, and the gross amount is £23,400. Payment is due by 16 Aug 2024, on our usual 30-day terms. If you need anything on it, such as a purchase order reference or a different billing contact, let me know and we'll reissue it.
