What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the 8 Jan 2024 call, Daniel recorded that consultants were back on spreadsheets and logins had fallen. Donna agreed, wanted a simple list of questions, and asked about a client that uses it daily.
Ask: Donna wanted a short, simple list of questions to show consultants at the Monday meeting. She also asked which client uses B-Viz daily.
Customer view: She confirmed the notes were "about right" and said that if it does not save her team time they will not bother. Adoption is the problem, with 15 Starter users and room to spare.
Next: Daniel promised the list by the end of the week.

- Daniel Okafor 8 Jan 2024 09:49Hello Donna, Thanks for your time on the call this morning, just to close the loop on what we covered. You said the consultants have been drifting back to their old spreadsheets, and that most of the team only open B-Viz when someone chases them. I noticed the same in the usage: fewer people are logging in than at the end of last year, and you have fifteen licensed users on the Starter plan, so there is plenty of room. What I took away: - You would like the consultants to see each client's roles and placements in one place without extra clicks. - You are not sure the whole team knows what they can ask it. - You would rather keep it simple than add anything new. I'll come back to you by the end of the week with a short list of the questions other recruiters ask most, which you could pass round. How is the team finding it otherwise? Do tell me if I have got any of this wrong. Best wishes, Daniel
- Donna Wragg 8 Jan 2024 10:38Daniel, That's about right. Consultants moaned it was one more thing to open, which is the problem. If it doesn't save my lot time they won't bother. Yes please to the list of questions. Keep it simple for the consultants, a few lines, nothing fancy. I'll put it in front of them at the Monday meeting. Which client is that, by the way, the one you mentioned that uses it daily? Might be worth a chat. Ta, Donna
