Nell Ashcombe 6 Sep 2023 12:03Hi Lynn, I am writing about invoice INV-238-0002, the first annual Starter subscription. It was issued on 31 Jul 2023 and was due on 30 Aug 2023. We have not yet seen payment. The amount is £19,500 net, £3,900 VAT, so £23,400 gross. This covers the subscription for your 15 licensed users. I know this is the second invoice you have had from us in a short time, so it may simply be a matter of timing on your side. If there is a query on the invoice or a purchase order number you need us to add, tell me and we will reissue it straight away. Could you let me know the expected payment date? Best, Nell
