Ask: Nell asked where the invoice had got to and when payment would go out. She suggested an approval queue or wrong inbox as likely causes.
Customer view: Lynn did not reply, so the evidence does not show why it is unpaid. Nell offered to fix any error, noting that would be BG-Demo's fault.
Next: a reply on timing is needed; the subscription invoice is a separate item.

Nell Ashcombe 24 Aug 2023 11:49Hi Lynn, A quick note on invoice INV-238-0001, the implementation fee for your Starter set-up. It was issued on 18 Jul 2023 and fell due on 17 Aug 2023, and our records show it as still unpaid. The amount is £6,000 net, £1,200 VAT, so £7,200 gross. It may well be sitting in an approval queue or have gone to the wrong inbox. If so, no problem at all, just tell me where it has got to and I will make sure it is sorted from our side. If there is anything on the invoice that looks wrong, say so and we will fix it. That one would be on us. Could you let me know when you expect payment to go out? Best, Nell
